After i update patch 1.03 , the game behave strange . Save , auto save and even quick save take forever . when i press the option button the game freeze for a while . If you ask " yes i have reinstall many time , with the old patch 1.02 it ok but it only happen when i update to patch 1.03 "

I known that the guys at bethesda have done wonder job so please FIX IT the BUG .... KILL IT WITH FIRE

Try with the internet connection disabled!

So that means you deleted and reinstalled the game with patch 1.03 and it still happens..interesting. There are some users in another topic dedicated to this bug who say the problem was fixed by the method you mentioned
