Super Disappointed...

Just beat all the Fallout New Vegas Dlc's, and I have to say, Dead Money was by far one of the most disapointng Dlc's I've ever played.
The story was fine, and the charecters were interesting, but the lack of interesting enemies, unique weapons and armors really burned me on this one. Plus the setting was very repetitive and monotonous. I just felt after ALL that running around I wasted my time. I felt as though I had gotten no reward for it. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not the type to expect being rewarded with god-like weapons and armors for every little quest, but this was really a let down. It's so easy to make Caps in this game, that the gold bars are just super overkill. I already have +100k caps, I don't need anymore. /:

Anyways, that's my little rant... Does anyone else feel this way, or had any similiar thoughts or opinions?

Well in any other DLC you play in exactly the same manner as you would be in the main game, so I fail to see how offering up a different play style is more repetitive than the other DLCs. If you have that many caps, buy some of the GRA weapons. I got away with all the gold bars, broke all the casinos in the game and still didn't have enough to buy all that the GRA had to offer.

The reward is playing through the DLC where the devs in my opinion had a singular unified vision of what they wanted to bring to the table in terms of atmosphere, playstyle, NPCs and story - a very well thought out DLC indeed. It is also an iconic example of Old World decadence, and tells a very human story of obsession and the ruin it can bring.
