Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this bug.

Everytime that I or one of my companions takes out the Super Mutant Suicider a message pops up on screen telling me to reconnect my controller. The first time it happened I replaced the batteries thinking the they were low but even with the new batteries I got the same message.

Anyone got any ideas?
