Super Mutants: Alpha Status

A discussion board. Do you think that sometime in the future games some scientist, somewhere. Maybe even from the enclave. Will perfect the FEV virus? By perfect, I mean nullify the terrible mind-wrecking side-effects brought on by the pain.

These "Alpha" Super Mutants with the Enclave dead will probably never make sense Canon. But its still a fun thing to discuss.

Well, really in my opinion the F.E.V was perfected. The reason why it was a dud is because Bethesda wouldn’t be able to do their Junk DLC "Broken Steele" and ruin some lore I suppose.

That F.E.V was perfected two times it just in the "Writers View" Wouldn’t make any sense in having it wipe out life.

It's intialy purpose was to make people super soldiers not slaughter people, so I don't think it was prefected.

Well, they were super soldiers. The Master had his own ass-kicking army that lives forever. Think of what would have happened if the US had managed to get their hands on that pre-war.
