ok while i was playing falllout 2 i had marcus as a companion and we went to reno too cat paws and said that it was hir birthday :cake: :celebrate: and i paid after i talkee to marcus and i had a new dialog option about why he said he hopes she dosent get pregnent and a 3 or 4 dialog options later i got an option to say super mutants arent sterile and he said after a while the juices start flowing.

so i guess there not sterile or is it a joke?

It was a bad joke, Chris Avellone has said so. They still have the equipment but it does not work.

Maybe the MWBoS will solve their sterility :shifty:

It does not mean they are not sterile, just because they can have sixual intercourse (aka flowing juices, etc.). Being sterile is defined as the inability to have fertile offspring.

They can't reproduce. In Fo3 you learn that when the first super mutants were made they were normal people who over timebegan to turn into Mutants. If you read all the terminlas you find ou that the test subjects began to lose their male/female parts and they grew more and more alike and unhuman. If they have no reprductive parts they can't reproduce

Yeah, FO3 changed that. Don't remember if it mentioned losing their reproductive organ, just their male and female features, but Marcus says he can use his, you know. You can "throw him a party" at the Cat's Paw Brothel, so...

The fevs have diffrent strains
