Here's a list (with some of my insights.)
Brotherhood's Powered Armor.
T-45D Prototypes. First appeared in FO3, it seems to have been retconned as the "standard" or "Recruit-level" Power Armor that the BoS use (using FO:NV as proof)
MP-47 Prototype Medic Powered Armor. Only one is known to exist; it was an advanced PA using the T-45 as a base. Meant to provide med-x when the user was low on health. Only the Lone Wanderer used it, as well as one nameless BoS knight in Old Olney whom s/he looted it from.
T-51B Armor. This is the "production model" that was used Pre-war, and is more advanced than the T-45s. This is the Standard Issue/Higher Rank armor that the BoS use.
T-51B Hardened Armor. Same as the T-51B, but has undergone a post-war treatment to be more defensive than the standard T-51B.
Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel Armor. Only seen in Tactics (and may not be canon), may be the same as the Enclave's Power Armor Mk. II. Visually, the two are almost identical (differences on the chest and shoulders, otherwise apparantly the same.)
Midwestern Advanced Brotherhood of Steel Armor. Only seen in Tactics (and may not be canon.) More durable than the above, but otherwise similar in looks.
Enclave Armor:
Advanced Power Armor: First seen in Fo2. Standard-issue Power Armor for the Enclave in that game.
Advanced Power Armor Mk. II, A Variant. First seen in FO2. More durable than the above, looked the same.
Tesla Power Armor Mk I. First seen in FO2. Used the above as the base model. Built to disperse energy-based attacks (such as laser and plasma fire.)
Advanced Power Armor Mk II, B Variant. First seen in FO3. Weaker than the Mk. I and Mk. II A variant (on par with T-45D armor in terms of protection.) Standard Issue armor, may be the same as the MWBoS Armor. May have been built due to the Enclave's inability to reproduce the Mk. I and Mk. II A Variants.
Tesla Armor Mk. II. First seen in FO3. Used the above as the base form. Same purpose as the Tesla Armor Mk. I Variant, but adds to the user's energy weapons skill.
Hellfire Armor. First seen in FO3. Equal to the T-51B Armor in terms of protection, it trades some radiation resistance for heat-resistant and was used specifically for the Hellfire troops.
