Whenever I enter, say, a house and come back out, the entire game world drops to like 10 FPS. The only way to get rid of it is if I exit the game. But that doesn't solve the problem permanently.
Anyone else experienced this?
This happens with a new character and no mods.
Oh and when it's not lagging like a sloth with two broken legs, I do notice a ton of micro stuttering.
