well, I had this really great apiphany moment the other day when checking out all the player home improvement mods the other day. there are thousands of them, face it one things most of the moders do first, is modify thier homes. I'm not at all saying anything agianst it either.

anyways, I'll get to the point. I was wandering my as of yet unfurnished breezhome the other day, it's the one property which I have so far left vacant since hearthfires came out. and I seriously had an idea about it. what if I could buy properties for other intents than living in them?

wouldn't breezhome make the perfect storefront? The shape and design of that place, would be perfect for the lootbox profit sink. look at that huge property in solitude as well, wouldnt that make the perfect place to rent out for an inn? and once you apply this philosophy to all player ownable properties, think of the possabilities. you mite even use these otherwise useless properties for less business oriented purposes. maybe you would be interested in a nice headquarters for that faction or guild your suporting or in some cases runing yourself. think about it anything goes.

I think this mite be doable on a much smaller and property by property basis over time but it seems possible. if i could get the CK to work for me, long story short, I just arent any good with the damned confusing thing anyway. I'd spend time making it myself, but I thought maybe at the very least, I should throw this "IDEA" to the wolves, and see what comes out of it. so if youve read at least this far why not go ahead and consider it.
