It sounds like a mod conflict to me that two mods are editing the same cell and the result is was what you see.

That's normal. Many meshes have holes like that one as they're meant to be connected to, or pushed through, other surfaces. The player, then, would never see those holes unless

* The person who built or modified the cell did not finish the structure of which the mesh is part

or

* Part of the structure vanished due to a mod conflict.

Aight, then I know.

I placed it there myself just to see if the hole was natural or not, thanks for sharing :P

The hole is in the mesh itself , i found it when making the 'Poorly Placed Object Fix' when i was making one of the Ebonheart modules and removed a huge foundation block that looked out of place and appears to have been used to cover the hole in the mesh. I made an end cap specifically to cover that hole and i included it in PPOF . The endcap i made is less than perfect but feel free to improve it as i am very much a novice with Blender and currently limited as to the types of things i can do .

Trance mate do you want the hole removing? I can add a face there if you want me to but tell which mesh it is that you want changing (as a new mesh not changing the original)

The Elder Scrolls III
MORROWIND:
Imperial Plaza Resource

Version 1.0
By Slartibartfast
*****************************************************************

DESCRIPTION

*****************************************************************

This is a collection of 3 variations of the Imperial Plaza mesh found in
the original Morrowind, these are

1. Ex_imp_plaza_a

On each side of both staircases on the original model there are no faces
to the walls or ends to the coping stones on top leaving gaps in the mesh
that otherwise need to be covered by placing models to hide them. this mesh
is a copy of the original but faces and ends have been added so no need to
hide anything.

2. Ex_imp_plaza_1step

This is a copy of of the above mesh but had one of the staircases removed
and intended to act as an end piece should you wish to make longer platforms
such as a dockyard.

3. Ex_imp plaza_con

This is copy of the above mesh but has had both staircases removed to act
as a continuation piece which may come in handy for building platforms of
any length

An esp file is included which assigns the models to the construction set,
naming conventions are the same as used for the original plaza models
models and you will find these under the statics tab and all plaza models
including these will be grouped together in alpha numeric sequence.
