I recently picked up my preorder for Fallout 4 and the collectors edition survival guide for my friend who has been a deep Bethesda fan since Fallout on the computer to the elder scrolls and was awaiting the upcoming doom but once I arrived and surprised that person with these gifts and he had opened them his happiness soured. Can you spell S.P.E.C.I.A.L. packaging team? Apparently not because we were out agility and had double the Charisma so we now have to wait for your response and then we can solve this problem. So in summary you guys dropped the ball, spoiled the surprise for my release date Fallout 4 party and now we have to wait for a solution to arrive. I only have two things to say with regards to that: fix it! and make it fast!
I originally tried to go through the tech support website and after finally going through they told me if it's not a billing error then it is your retailer that has to fix it. So another day wasted gee thanks Bethesda. So I go back to the gamestop that I purchased it from and they said that out of package products are viable for 7 day return when not damaged or missing product." See my situation there? So when I explained the problem they went through saying "No, we don't package the product that is a manufacturer's problem. Now I'm getting to be quite beyond frustrated I really don't like playing blame game ping pong will you please just fix the problem? I have photos showing that there were no agility posters inside the package and there were double the charisma poster. If this website can't help me which one does?! This has all been time consuming and frustrating and now I can't get my money back from Gamestop who says this is you guys problem please fix this!? I have waited and there has been no e mails or phone calls in response I've been hung up on, put on hold and transferred to a absolutely useless "please leave your name, number and a brief message relating to your problem and we'll get right back to you." yeah well that was seven days ago.
