After completing Honest Hearts i searched high and low and finally found the Survivalists body & associated duffel bag, but as i cracked it open i discovered that the rifle was not inside. i figured i had to find all 6 survivalist caches then it would appear again nothing. can anyone kindly tell me where the rifle is or did it fail to render in my game? any thanks in advance ~Tyfer31

Check bodies. One of the White Legs most likely picked it up.

Uh-oh the white legs are gone i already finished the dlc. i will survey the area in the morning but it is probably gone.

Have been searching half a really frustrating hour and no, but i have yet to see hide no hair of the white legs

One of the White Leg NPC's will pick it up and use it if you go near there sometimes, happened to me but lucky me I found it on the body.

I just found it in the duffel bag next to his body.

I had to reload a prev save before i finished it and i now have it, was on a white leg light-bringer. Thank you for your help everyone.

Which cave was his body in? I never saw a body and never found a rifle.

Hes not in a cave, hes at the red gate or something like that.

Went to look for the rifle after I finished the DLC and it wasn't in the bag. Not a single living soul around too, so I had to spawn it via console.
