A friendly Nord who works for the Imperial Legion gave Julia a quest to silence (I role playing here) a dark pointy ear lying ape who he think he is high and mighty. Julia is pulling her hair out to make him to attack her. Julia will not stand by this pointy ear ape slandering her.

She tried to fill his coin sack and then taunted and slander at him how pathetic the dark elves are. Still he dose not ATTACK.

Any hints please.

Two things you can do here;

1. A frenzy spell.

2. Use your lackluster speech craft like so... Bribe bribe bribe, taunt taunt taunt, bribe bribe bribe... Rinse and repeat until your very confused friend/foe tires of the mixed signals and snaps into ape [censored] mode.

Frenzy isn't an offensive spell, only the target should attack you.
