I thought it was looking real up until it showed the first NPC. I see what I believe to be some crazy anime-esque spear thing he's holding.

Looks more like a tower shield to me.

I can't tell at all because it looks like they used a cellphone to record the footage but it is possibly because I have never seen it before and that is no town in Oblivion. If it is a different game, it's a game I have never seen before and if it is fake then its a good one.

No way to know for sure unless the guy reveals himself but he is not going to do that

stop the video at 25 seconds, can anybody identify that flag?

About 0:30. To me it looks just like a Morrowind argonian. Looks very out of place, the other NPC's walk quite naturally but the 'argonian' looks very awkward...

Im sticking with real until its confirmed its fake. The spear thing looks a bit odd, but everything else looks a lot like what we've seen. I believe I saw a forge in there too.

The first npc has a bow and some crazy weapon in his other hand, the buildins do not reseamble skyrim. It's not skyrim what ever it is.

There's a white/blue flag at 0:24, looks too european middle age like, haven't seen such a flag in TES before.

Looks like Epic Citadel for Iphone, but with snow and recorded at a very bad quality, I mean look at 0:25 of the video the flag on the left is Unreal Engines default checker blue and white texture.lol

Although I have my doubts that this is real, this is the first video I've seen which is actually plausible. At first I though it was the city from 1:18 in the Skyrim trailer, but I can assure you it is not. The quality is indeed very poor, but unless we can figure out which game that's from we can't know for certain.

I can't see no [censored] in it. The "publisher" of the video has done 4 videos, an oblivon cheat thing, "thing that shouldn't something something", that one and yet another version of the official gameplay trailer. If it is, that is some years old but published resently, Skyrim has obviously gone past that part of development long ago, IF that is real material that is. I bet that even I could do with a 3D painter a world like that with epic low quality. However, is it relevant in any way? do we actually see anything we didn't know / could guess?

Also, the fat that it's a completely stationary phone makes it massively unbelievable. Bethesda would definitely notice someone filming with that precision, and with a phone it's pretty darn hard to get that steady.

The more I see the more I think it's fake. Anyone else think the NPC at 0:40, apparently in conversations, looks just like an Oblivion NPC?

its a fake, as stated the weapons are stylized as something different from Skyrim, which arent exaggerated. how about people stop crapping around with these fake vids attempts and actually make one that doesnt field snow, since skyrim isnt all snow.

the cut scene across the city reminds me of assassins creed 2.. but with some video editing..
the bigest give away.. its 1:11 in length, so desperate to make it seem real he made too "coincedental"
