I downloaded the Sutch Reborn mod and am trying it out for the first time, and I got a quest update telling me that I need to go find Coddwell in the Imperial City, but it doesn't say where at in the Imperial City he is to be found. So does anyone whose played the mod know where at in the Imperial City this Coddwell person is exactly found at? I'm wanting to start the quest real bad!

He lives at the tiber septim hotel. He wanders around the "green emperor way" during the day. Keep trying
