So I saved Mister Kimbal under the questline of YesMAN, and that is as far as i got under Yes Mans questline and have decided to carryy on with the NCR questline. So i have done another part of "The Republic part 2 " quest and had to kill or become friends with the BoS. After spending around 6 hours on this quest trying to avoid glitches, to make sure they become friends with the NCR. As soon as i hand in my quest that BoS are ready to be alies I get a quest from Colonel Moore that says I need to save president Kimbal, AGAIN! So I was on the move to talk to That Ranger that tells you what to do... But I cannot talk to him, only an arrow indicates on compas that i need to talk to him but it dont let me! Now im wondering if this happened because i allready did the quest before under YesMAn but i mainly whant a solution please? :'( I am so stressed out...!!! I do not know what to do as i have no earlier saves before I saved Kimbal! PLEASE HELP ME!
