Just would like to know if any other Fallout fans have read the book Swan song by Robert R. McCammon and what they think of it. If you need something to do till next week give it a read, In a wasteland born of the nuclear age there are mutant animals and marauding armies,, the last people on earth are now the first. If you have read it did you see any thing in the book that reminds you of the fallout story line ?

but no i have not read the book. i did read The Road. and i have to say it was so sad and depressing i nearly cried (im a Nancy boy, so what)

Yeah I've read it a couple of times, great book.

Nothing in particular jumps out at me as a Fallout parallel, Swan Song was more about metaphysical transformation following the Apocalypse.

Great read though.

I have not had the chance to read it, but I've been planing on it for a while. But for now, I'm finishing up all my Douglas Adams books.
