I see a number of mods over on Nexus that edit the UI/SWF files of Fallout 4 and I have some questions:

1.How are people getting into these files to edit them?

and 2.Is any working on any kind of comprehensive information on these (i.e. documenting the different files and what the stuff inside is for so people can more easily see where the good stuff is)?
