[WIP] SWG's Skies V3

Now the only thing I'm wondering about is how would other textures need to be refitted to the new sky mesh? I wonder 'cause I have a few skies of my own that I'd rather not exchange haha.

Nope, you HAVE to use everything in the pack, mohahaha! :hehe:

Oh noes, that's a first when it comes to possibilities with Morrowind engine ;)
