Not sure if a mod like this exists, but if not it should...I mean is it really realistic to be able to swim in a full set of heavy armor while additionally carrying hundreds of pounds of equipment?

This mod should prevent a player from being able to enter the water if carrying anything more than a few pounds...would help make things very interesting if facing a group of NPCs that will kill you except that you can outsmart them by jumping in the water...well now you'd have to think twice...leave all your equipment on the shore and risk it being looted or run away on land or fight...
