I switched phones and it over my game save. It started freezing so I had to reinstall it and lost everything and all the lunchboxes I bought. Talked to goodplay and they can't replace from the games side loss. Please help need talk to bethseda.

The progress is saved on the device so you would have to copy the savegame file from the old phone to the new phone.

I went back on old phone and it was all gone too. So idk what to do. Can't get in contact with support.
