[censored], I'm not good at ratios.

Go 60/40 with stats.

You can go 50/50 but start with Stamina first.

I would say go 1:1 - Health:Stamina. Since you are wearing light armor you are lighter and if you get the stamina regen you will have +50% regen. That means you will have a better Stamina. But because Sword and Shield your shield bash/power attacks will drain stamina. That way it balances out. The shield will be more defence too, but the light armor means less defence, so it balances out as well. So I would say since it's a good balance of defence and offence. Go with an equal amount. It's your choice though. If you want to shield bash/power attack more add more stamina. If you want more tankish abilities go with more health. I'm so indecisive though...

I play on Master though and I need a lot of Health to cope. So if you are playing on Adept or lower (I don't know about expert) you may want to add more stamina as the shield bashing will drain your stamina early on. So it all varies on difficulty as well. If you're good at dodging more Stamina I suppose.

It's perhaps worth noting that although your shield does not affect custom fit (or matching set) it does benefit from the armour bonus from these perks (i.e. provided you are wearing all light armour in the head, body, hands and feet slots, you will get +25% armour from your shield, regardless of whether the shield is light or heavy). It does not benefit from agile defender or juggernaut, but it does benefit from your light or heavy armour skill, as appropriate. With 100 light armour skill, you get a 40% bonus for using a light shield, which is probably enough to make a light shield superior to the equivalent heavy shield.
