Swords and Daggers are my bread and butter.

Don't really care for Axes or Maces, but I admit some make really nice wall hangings.

Swords all the way. Daggers for stealth situations. Forks for slapping NPCs I don't like.

Perfect for cracking skulls, smashing through helmets, and telling armor "[censored] please!"

hmm.... what category would the shiv fall under.. not quite a dagger.. not enough of a blade to be a knife, as its just a spike...

Falchion / Dao; Sword meets axe... so I can never make up my mind -- but Katana / scimitar is close enough on the sword side, so I always end up with swords.

haha, i thank you for inadvertently putting the Idea in my head... switching it to be able to be tempered was quite easy, just had to pick an item and Smithing perk to assign to the tempering haha

I love bladed weapons and collect them in real life, so I voted: Sword.

But what my characters equip is an entirely different matter. Most of my characters have not used swords.

One-handed sword, with war axe so close a second that the two might as well be one weapon called a One-handed Swaxe that would be both hideous and entirely impractical.
