I don't know what happened, but there is a section of my sword's blade that is heavily pixelated. This is the only part of the model that is affected. It's not just in first person mode either.

Figured it out. I needed to redo the UV because there were faces from the guard section that were accidentally selected with the blade portion of the UV.
