anyway to get her project beauty face working with this mod?
her default face is meh

The file comes with documentation on how to edit Sydney's face, I did this for myself quite a while back. I still have the patch and had uploaded it to my 4Shared account.

Here's the http://www.4shared.com/get/0NlKAN2R/Sydney_Follower_-_Project_Beau.html. I haven't used in a while. It's as-is so I won't offer support. It worked for me but I can't guarantee it'll work for you, everybody's computer and game is different.

Also it's only for Project Beauty and not for other mods that change her look. Just make sure it loads after Project Beauty and the Sydney Follower plugins.

If you don't want to download then you'll have to read the documentation that came with the plugin and learn to edit her face yourself.
