$ Symbol Appearing in front of all words in the game?

Alright, I have over 2000 hours of play time and I have never seen the $ symbol in front of all words in the game. What in Hades is that nonsense?

This is a strings problem; you must be missing a file out there. Vefifying the cache in Steam will solve the problem. :)

Caused by a missing file, Translate_ENGLISH.txt in the data\interface folder.
