V-Sync after patch issue?

V-Sync users notice that it's disabled even though it's enabled? Now I required to disable, apply, enable, apply done...lol

Weird how patches to fix somethings tend to fubar others :) I would not want to be a programmer :)

yes i noticed that too.. i had to disable then enable again to get it to work.
