Hello! I recently started playing the game. When I have vsync ON and app can not mentain (I think) constant 60 FPS it automatically drops to 30 FPS (1080p max details SMAAx2 not MSAA) so I have 60FPS for few seconds then drops to 30 for few second and that whole gameplay. Is it normal? (I have latest beta drivers, i7 3930K, 16GB RAM and 850W PSU) Thanks for advice.
