V-Sync Settings not saving? : Crysis

We'll pre-patch I had my V-sync enabled my gpu temps were about 60 under load. After this patch was downloaded I hopped on some MP and I noticed some screen tearing along with my temps being about 65. Vsync was still enabled in settings so I thought maybe some fans went out but everything is still working. I then toggled it off and then on again and wouldn't you know it, temps went down and no screen tearing. Anyone else having similar problems?

Same thing is happening to me as of the latest patch...
2x 6950 Catalyst 13.2 beta 6
Windows 7 64 bit

Seems like it works again if I turn it off and back on.

Come on guys anyone else having this issue please let it be known. I don't want to have to do turn it on and off every time I play it.
