It might help if you moved the mouse video to another corner so people can see the energy bar next time but otherwise good vid

So I can cover up the killfeed, I can cover up the score of the game/time limit, the map, or the energy. All have benefits, not sure where to put it. Don't wanna put it on a side. Got any suggestions?

you really wip the mouse around. what dpi do you play at? I find playing at a dpi of 3500 to 5000 with the in game sensitivity to 10-15 works well. you want more control in your wrist than in your arm for precision.

You cant argue with results man, hes more accurate. period.

But yeah, i also play with 3500 DPI at 40 sensitivity, 1cm transfers to 90 degree turn.

more accurate than..what? everyone plays differently, I used to play similar to him when I was younger but now I preferably like to move my arm less and just use my wrist which gives me more control and faster response times.
But like I said, not everyone plays the same and if that style works best for him, then he may as well use it. Not hating, just speaking from years of experience

Got any suggestions?Put it where you look at the least in-game... Man, what about a split-screen pip with your WASD in the other half! easy! ;)

I'm weaning to lower and lower resolution (about 14"/360 now) and really enjoying it. Would love to see your mousing/commentary on CQC.

I appreciated the level and variety of detail in your commentary. It never occurred to me to "suit up" for crysis 2. Also, mousing around the pizza has probably limited my game more than I wanted to admit... but it was the "positivity [...] be willing to try a strategy over and over again" that struck a chord in this installment; I'm looking forward to the next.

PS. mic looks like an AT2020. Good mic. Yes, why do you have a recording studio?

@Coolguycooldude: What did I do that was good video editing? O.o You're gonna love my chapter video! Thanks for watching this!

@BlackOps8: I use a DPI of 500 and an in game sensitivity of 5.47 (I think). I used to use like 45" to 360, but that was a little hard. So now I have it down to about 25" or so. Haven't recalculated it yet. I have been fine-tuning my sensitivity ever since. The reason why I believe I have more control in shooting with a lower sensitivity in my mouse is because I am able to physically make more gradual changes in my cursor than if I were to have a higher sensitivity. For me, a higher sensitivity leads to over-correcting and simply put, less accuracy. To each his own though! Thanks for watching :)

@BusinessEvolution: I'm kind of a DIY guy. I had to buy the mic, but I do work at Geek Squad so it was a nice discount, but everything else I made. I have it because of this other series I'm doing called a chapter video. Maybe I'll have like a "Making Of" video. There are a lot of cool props I had to procure for it. Hopefully it's a big hit! Thanks for watching!

@CH4NCE: That's a really good idea actually, now I just need to obtain 2 cameras! OR, I could make a GUI in java, that highlighted what keys I was pressing. That wouldn't be impossible. Would that benefit people? If it would I'd get to coding it right now! When try to fraps a game with CQC, I try to play on smaller maps to force it to happen, like City Hall or Impact. I'll try to get a video out about how I CQC with the grendel. You'll see some insane mouse movement, because there really wasn't any CQC in that game. I'm really glad I'm actually helping you out, that's the most important reason I do this. And yes sir, it is a AT2020, thing is amazing! Refer to BusinessEvolution's reply to know why I have a studio! Thanks for watching!

Thank you everyone for watching my video and enjoying it (hopefully). Really inspires me to continue doing so!

I notice that you mostly put your mouse in the northwest corner of your pad. isn't the middle a better home?
great video

Yeah you're probably right. I haven't gotten used to natively stretching my arm to the middle of the mouse pad. But, with a little muscle memory work I could get used to it. Thanks for the suggestion!

on the other hand,,, you say you move your mouse a huge amount (you said some number in inches but darned if my brain can recall or convert it into cm) to do a 360 don't you then need to have it over NW so you can push it all the way over to the E to do that 360 turn with your low sensitivity settings? You don't want to be lifting it in the middle of a close up dance with a shotty user.

or get an even bigger mouspad and grow longer arms o.0

My mouse pad is like A3 size XD

if you aren't using your wrist you could put an extension onto the mouse and move that around so then you don't need longer arms
