Tagged Items Glowing?

Post » Tue Dec 08, 2015 11:30 am

I had tagged a couple scrap components about a week ago (Cork, Oil, Nuclear material, etc.) and noted that when I highlighted an item with that component in it that the little magnify glass would appear next to it's name. This is the way I understood it was supposed to work. All's good.

Well now instead of that the items are glowing green (my HUD color). I noted it first when I saw a baseball all lite up laying on a shelf. I thought it might be some kind of special ball, but no it was just a plain baseball. Now I'm noting that everything with my tagged scrap (globes, oil cans, etc.) are all glowing bright green. While I like the fact that they are easier to find now, I really can't stand how these things stick out now.

This just started this last weekend. Was there something in a STEAM update that caused this to start happening? I'm not running any mods right now so I know it can't be that.

Is there a way to turn it off (other than un-tagging it)?

Thanks.

Upgraded scrapper perk.

Something you could try: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3202/?

That's exactly what I need.

I noted that my main crafting bench is also glowing now because I have things in the crafting storage that are tagged. Super annoying. Really wish there was a way to turn it off in game.
