It's been a long time since I've bought a game and not felt regret an hour into it.
The concept for multiplayer is totally kick ass.
Making your stealth, armor, and health all into one bar. How you use them is up too you which to me provides a whole new level of game play for versus. Dying in situations when you knew damn well you had no business on the battlefield because your energy was completely depleted from sprinting to a location. Or by simply not paying attention.
Brilliant.
You practically kill yourself when you aren't properly manipulating the suit.
(Not sure if it was like this in the first Crysis but idc because this is my first time playing Crysis.)
Although I'm enjoying this game. There are indeed some issues. Long time gamer and thorough beta tester, here are the problems I have encountered. These are simply issues I've picked up along the way.
-Single Player-
-Sometimes when you pick up items from supply depots and die soon after. The items do not reappear on the next respawn. not sure if its supposed to be that way.
-Framerate issues that I'm sure you were aware of when you released the game.
-Ambient Lighting is well.... To the frigon Maximum at least it appears that way. (I've obviously tweeked settings on my TV and the game to make it as right as it can be.) Not a game breaker but some of the maps and zones are really really bright.
-Enemy AI tends to run into walls when they are tracking me. They sometimes get stuck in complex terrain shapes. Some also run in circles as if they can't find an exit when multiple paths are available.

-Multiplayer-
-Same framerate and lighting issues
-This happens a couple times in EVERY game. When spawning into the game your character remains completely stuck. Unable to move forward or back but you can strafe from left to right. It disappears after a minute and you can move freely.
-Lag? its the only conclusion I can draw when I see an enemies kill cam and he isn't even targeting me. I have a superb internet connection so it doesn't effect me too much. But I'm aware others do not and I could imagine this being a game breaker for them. No one wants to be "An Army of None."
-Matchmaking appears to be off a bit. I believe thats a well known fact. whether it be towards location, host selection, or skill level.

-Suggestions-
-3rd person perspective facing forward (no camera pan?) when initiating Air Stomp. So we can see the destruction of our enemies as they get obliterated.
-More options so that we may finer tune the look of the game but within the parameters of PS3 hardware.
-The ability to take screenshots, Gameplay recording. <---Would be all around win if this could happen.

I've bought 60 dollar beta tests before and the issues in those games far supersede the ones in this. I can only imagine how much more worse things could have been for a game such as this.
I do of course hope that patches can be released asap to cover things above and others I havn't noticed.
