I'm currently unable to progress with the minuteman quest line.

I've completed the quest, yet my quest progress still says i need to "destroy egg clutches" and "meet minutemen in the courtyard"

I try talking to Preston, but he just says "we need to take castle" or "we need to power generator"

I've powered the generator, but I'm unable to assign anyone to it. I can't click on the one minuteman that is there.

I've tried a hard reset, it cleared all the bug stuff (eggs, bodies, etc), but didn't fix anything.

Super annoying.
