I can't seem to get Taking Independence to kick in. I have Preston's perk, among others, but I am getting no more radiant quests and he is not giving me Taking Independence. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I had run a stop-radiant-quests mod but then disabled it. Could that be the problem? If so is there a fix?

If nothing shows up I think I will just get all BoS on settlements and see where that goes.

Any insight or advice appreciated.

Have you any save to load before that mod?
