Taking a walk

there are plenty of threads about the recent DLC disclosure. if you want to talk about that please feel free to refer to one of those countless threads.

But this one here is for our characters. who have fought long and hard (or short and soft), and accomplished much (or little), and overcome great odds (or nothing) to get to where they are (or are not)

My characters name is Alexia Vulf, a nord the specializes in the art of stealth and silence with a bow, and the fun of a melee brawl with a shield and axe. . .very much a ranger I suppose.

She has bee walking around skyrim after recent news with a new look on it. taking in the things that made it so great, almost a farewell tour if you like. even smiling with the occasional random dragon attack. saying farewell to ancient nord tombs. waving goodbye to the rolling vistas. wishing Serena and her other friends well and thanking them for their service.

I will continue to play skyrim from time to time, but I think as I put its glory days behind me I might do one last thing.

Alexia Vulf:
will don her greatest armor and weapons, hang up all her old and spare weapons, armor, and clothes. put all her potions and items in storage, snuff out the candles and fires of her breezehome, walk outside and carefully lock the doors. . .

. . .take a walk down the long rode's of skyrim in her greatest armor wielding her greatest wepon. . .

. . .crank the diff up to legendary and charge headlong into the first legendary dragon that she finds

SOVNGARDE AWAITS!!!!

anyone else have plans or feel the same way  thanks skyrim, thanks beth, was a helluva ride and look forward to the next, see you all on TES:O till then

Naw. My character has a family to tend to and an Empire to loyally serve. I don't know where the lore will take the dragonborn and we wont know until the next game. I just hope it's glorious and involves alot of dead Thalmor. For the time being however it's onto to new saves until Fallout 4 is released.

Skyrim's not over - I don't need more DLC to keep telling stories. And now that I'm on PC, I've got access to mods should I feel the need for more content.

I'll continue like I have since I started roleplaying - plenty of Skyrim, with semi-regular breaks to play Oblivion and Morrowind.

I like how people think it's the end of skyrim just because there is no dlc coming anymore, like the little elves that make skyrim run have just up and left all of a sudden. How amusing.

I'll be enjoying my time in skyrim everyday thank you very much.
