Prolougue
I looked inside the room, there were no Thalmor in the inn it seemed, the inn was close to the pale pass and relatively near Bruma if I needed supplies other than food and drink. The Innkeeper had said Thalmor disdained the place so it seemed to be one of the safest places in the land of the Thalmor's [censored]s, Cyrodil. Keeping my blade close at hand I carefully checked around the room in case, I would not make the mistake of not checking my corners Ye had trained that out of me long ago. I carefully put a spell up so I would be alerted if anyone came into the room, I went to clean up the blood and dirt of the last battle still close upon my face.
I threw the satchel unto the bed along with my blade as I went to the small basin in the room, it had been filled with water but had long since gone cold so I stuck my hand in and let my magika flow out into the form of flames to help heat the water before I washed the dirt off. Taking off the heavy Iron Plated armor and the thick tunic I looked down at my injury which ran from my right thigh to underneath my left briast. I cupped water into my hands and washed away the dirt in the wound so not to allow for infection before I allowed my magika to knit the wounded flesh back together, washing away the blood and dirt away from my face I groaned as I realized had Ye been here he would have cuffed me for letting them get as close as they did. I had made the mistake of a novice.
Gavering myself I sighed and looked back up at my face yet the red symbol Ye had tattooed on my face when I was for still looked as if I had gotten it just yesterday.
"I swear you played around with your magika on this old man" I said to myself.
I felt a twinge and my gaze flew to the door but it was only the Innkeepers daughter with towels. Startled with my sudden reaction she flinched and dropped the towels, I went to help her but she just hurdled excuses at me.
"I'm so sorry ma'am, twas' unprofessional of me- shouldn't have come in unannounced- shouldn't drop- father would flog m-" rushed the youth, clearly afraid I would smite her based on my heritage as a Dark Elf, and perhaps as it seemed that her father would hurt her.
"Tis' okay youngling, I won't tell your father just go and I'll sort out this mess, get back to your duties or your father may think your shirking them" I replied as she was in midsentance, close to hyperventilating.
Nodding she quickly hurried out and I fixed up the towels and used one to wash my still dripping face. I looked out the window just in time to see a Thalmor patrol enter the Inn, with what appeared to be a nord prisoner. Putting my tunic and armor back on, I covered it with a cloak and began my way down the stairs, hoping to get past without the Thalmor noticing. As I got close to the door, and to leaving, I felt one of them put their slimy hand on my shoulder.
"Where do you think your going Dunmer, we have some questions for all of your kind in this area" drawled on the one with his hand on my shoulder.
"I'm not a subject of the Empire, or the Dominion. I will be on my way and you cannot stop me Thalmor" I said with as much derision and hatred as I could onto the last word.
"We'll se-" began the Thalmor but was interrupted by my blade going into his cold black heart.
Swinging the blade around I quickly managed to take out another one before I sent fire streaming towards the last Thalmor. Sheathing my blade I ran out of the Inn towards the Pale Pass, as I knew I could no longer star in Cyrodil.

I awoke with a start in a carriage on a rocky road, there was a nord to my side and another in front of me.
"Hey you, your finally awake" said the Nord to my front
"Where am I?" I replied groggily
"Skyrim, Elf, and on the way to the headsman's block. What's your name?"
"Mirialth."
"Well Mirialth, welcome to Skyrim."
