Talking Deathclaw Companion.

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2016 12:10 pm

Please? Also having the coolest backstory ever wouldn't hurt either. I'm sorry Strong your just no fun to talk too. Max Affinity perk?

All Deathclaws except Alphas don't attack you. OR, nearby deathclaws will actually come and fight for you. B) Hell yeah.

I kind of like not having the option of running with a Deathclaw. I feel like they'd be way to wild and not easily tamed. Strolling through Bunker Hill and some punk kid tries to pet it, boom, the whole town goes down.

Some of the random dialogue by NPCs shows how rare Deathclaws are and it's a sight to behold if someone has seen one. They're probably "rare" because most people don't live after seeing one. You can hear some of the BOS on The Prydwyn mentioning in awe how they believe Elder Maxon hot his scar from a fight with a Deathclaw. I love that mysteriousness.

I don't think it would need to talk, just follow commands. Much like Dogmeat.

Still don't want Deathclaw companions though.

Could be Goris from FO2. I liked that character. He had the whole warrior monk thing going on.

You are forgetting the talking Deathclaws from Fallout Tactics. According to Bethesda, Fallout Tactics is labelled as semi-canon. So if Bethesda wants to add talking Deathclaws from Fallout Tactics, then we will have talking Deathclaws.

It'd be cool to have a Throw back companion to Fallout 2 or Fallout Tactics, how he ended up in the common wealth would be an awesome story and might tie into

the DLC he comes with? Maybe he managed to escape the Enclave experiments? How old can deathclaws live to be? He could be one of the oldest deathclaws in

FO Lore that'd be pretty legit, and I definitely think he'd have a very like Zen personality or like you said Goris Warrior monk. Almost like a Native American vibe

you know? "One with the land kind" of personality on a talking death claw would be very interesting, having your character ask him like what's the life of a death

claw and he'd be like being in balance with nature and stuff, have speech checks where you can be like what do you think about people thinking your all horrible

blood thirsty monsters and he'd have like a big philosophical speech about the self destruction and hypocrisy of the human race, and how death claws are not evil

merely in tune with nature and the process of evolution and the fact that how humans fear deathclaws yet are the ones responsible for their creation. That'd be

pretty awesome if you ask me. Having a conversation with a Deathclaw that makes you revaluate ur existence. LOL. ONLY IN FALL OUT.

Talking, rideable, and playable as well. When you start the game you get a third option in the bathroom when you choose six, either play as nora or as the talking deathclaw. It comes with all lines of dialogues too. You can also wear the deathclaw as powerarmor. The talking deathclaw companion unlocks a perk to understand Deathclaw language and hardcoe nma-codexer-bethaters will love it because you will be able to save preston from the deathclaw by using dialogue choices during the fight. And you can also equip your talking deathclaw with the deathclaw gauntlet por increased damage. But the best part is that you will be able to craft your own deathclaw but you first need to romance your talking deathclaw for that. I can't wait.

It's possible. Happened before. Could happen again.

There's the Fallout Tactic thing mentioned above. But, Bethesda could put in another group of high-er intelligent Deathclaws that could speak, or pull the "The one who survived because they left their home before everyone died" cliche (which they have done before back in Morrowind).

Wasteland workshops gives the ability to catch them it looks like, so taming them isn't too far fetched. Enclave may have some presence (x-01 being an exact copy of mark 2 from F2), so talking may be a DLC thing down the road if enough people request. Bethesda did say they would be listening to fans for future DLC stuff.

I want a super, Cyborg Deathclaw with a Sentry Bot torso and missile pods with shoulder mounted Gatling Lasers. And it needs to talk and help me around in my quest to loot old ruins instead of finding my Son.

Not all of them. Goris survived, and Xarn possibly did too. Not to mention the sentient Deathclaws in Fallout Tactics.

This, I think it would be a really awesome easter egg if they added a unique talking death claw in Wasteland Workshop as like a secret companion as reward for a quest, like for

example it might seem like a radiant quest at first. Example: Go here and capture/tame a deathclaw. But then when you get there you realize this is a special death claw kind of deal.

Or possibly have him be like the Tutorial for taming? Like when you load up the DLC and get the starting quest that goes through the tutorial stuff your first quest

is to tame a death claw to fight in your arena and then as your about to start the fight he starts talking and the whole fight just stops and every one is just like.

"Did it just talk?"

Because Wasteland workshop isn't supposed to be a serious DLC any way guys. What better way to test your new Death Arena? Then by having your very own

Talking Death Claw massacre every single thing that enters it's vicinity?

We need variety so instead of gunners we have cena's, the stone colds, and instead of behemoths we get big shows.
