i onlyrecently ( 3months) bought FO and started playing and loving it but there is something that is bothering me

i ve come to this stage that 1 in 4 times when i leave a buiding or other structure there these idiots from talon mervenary company waiting for me , at first their equipment wasn't really a problem but now they really can hurt

now my question is there some quest you can do or some biuilding i need to clear to get rid of them

edit another thing i ve been pondering

if the great war happened 200 years ago in the FO timeline where do all these scientist and doctors come from
