@Geonox: You pooped that out????

It is fine, fine, fine work! The earlier one you posted is incredibly atmospheric, too.

I'm liking both pics very, very much, and I've never even played Morrowind!

Think I won't be doing any more visual art for a while. I'm concentrating on my music now. Keep an ear out for my Elder Scrolls tribute piece that i've almost finished writing.

We seem to have suffered a reidentification; this section now appears to be titled "TES Artwork and Fan Fiction". Only, no artwork seems to be forthcoming, so I'm taking the wereboar by the horns (do wereboars have horns? Discuss). Post ye artworks here!

I'll just pimp myself out get the ball rolling, shall I?

poor leno, that Nord lady is absolutely adorable.

It's cool to see the other talents of the posters here. I hope the new art part of this forum catches on. :twirl:

I don't really mention this much, but I tend to draw the characters from the stories I'm writing. I like to think of it as an exercise in expression and scene... but it's mostly just for fun. So, I went through my sketchbooks over the last year or so, and came up with these drawings from Of Fate, Luck, and Ambition (which I haven't given up on; I'm just focusing on a different project right now!). They're messy and sketchy, but they're what I've got right now. I'm kind of a messy drawer.

http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a385/Black_Sparrow/oFLAforeshadowing.jpg. There's a "foreshadowing" pun to be had here somewhere.

http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a385/Black_Sparrow/oFLAwhyhellothere.jpg. Vira's sitting against a tree trunk, since it's really, really hard to tell. I'm terrible with backgrounds.

http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a385/Black_Sparrow/oFLAsshimindisguise.jpg

http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a385/Black_Sparrow/oFLAontheroadagain.jpg. I got Sam's nervousness around Vira down, but Vira's bemused expression just wasn't working. Also, I'm still terrible at backgrounds. And hands.

http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a385/Black_Sparrow/oFLAevilisboring.jpg He's in Mythic Dawn wear, which might explain why he's so bored. Lake Arrius Caverns is not exactly the highlight of entertainment.

Yeah, that's all I'm willing to show. Some of the other pics I turned up are a mess.

Now everyone else get posting. :lol:

I love these drawings. Especially the third one.

Great stuff. :thumbsup:

I know this doesn't compare to the other drawings posted here, but http://img189.imageshack.us/img189/1951/hooded.jpg a drawing I did of an Argonian(sort of). I thought I'd post it here.

I appreciate any constructive criticism. Ignore the crappy shading, though. :P

http://da-nang.deviantart.com/art/Visualisation-of-an-Argonian-164927890, I just felt like colouring it after having it in my bag for a few days. It's interesting to see what boredom in class can achieve. I need to improve my anatomy drawing skills, though. <_<

I just finished my 1st evaluations for my school this year so I have the next few days off, no school no work no nothing! Yay! I was reading the infernal city today and just felt like making some good old morrowind art. I always loved Balmora for some reason, I always came back to that city when I was still playing morrowind but it always seemed kind of small to me tho it's concidered to be the 2nd largest settlement in Vvardenfell. So I always imagined it as a city with all these narrow and dark streets instead of large open spaces as it is in morrowind. So here's kinda what I did so far, It's not yet finished I need to do some more work on the ground and stuff and I think it would be nice to actually place a character in it but well see. Anyways enough talk from me now;

http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f119/Geonox_2/balmora_geo.jpg

It would be amazing if Balmora really looked like that.

I also painted that scene. It was my first painting (other than 5th grade watercolor), but I think it turned out good. I suppose mine could be better, but I should practice painting to get better in order to make it better.. (bad photograph; the paint is reflecting the flash.

I like yours because it seems more abstract and has vibrant colors! You made it your own, but I just stuck to the screenshot.

Some great work here people! Thought I'd take some time to add to the collection.

It's not intended to be anywhere in the games... unfortunately it's not a great scan.

This painting really captures the mysteriousness of the Shivering Isles.

Great picture, but is he supposed to look like he's stabbing himself? or is he sheathing the dagger?

Anyway, it is a really good picture. I wish I could paint ANYTHING on this thread.

I think he's just holding the dagger somewhat casually on his side, but sheathing works too.

Although I already posted this in the FO3 art thread, it fits here too, or atleast when you recognise him.

Heres a new alternative version of an older painting of mine with an Elder Scrolls flavour:

http://ragholio.deviantart.com/art/Catch-Me-If-You-Can-alternate-198401537

It partly inspired one of my compositions:

If you squint you can see White Gold Tower off in the distance :)
