I don't really mention this much, but I tend to draw the characters from the stories I'm writing. I like to think of it as an exercise in expression and scene... but it's mostly just for fun. So, I went through my sketchbooks over the last year or so, and came up with these drawings from Of Fate, Luck, and Ambition (which I haven't given up on; I'm just focusing on a different project right now!). They're messy and sketchy, but they're what I've got right now. I'm kind of a messy drawer.

I just finished my 1st evaluations for my school this year so I have the next few days off, no school no work no nothing! Yay! I was reading the infernal city today and just felt like making some good old morrowind art. I always loved Balmora for some reason, I always came back to that city when I was still playing morrowind but it always seemed kind of small to me tho it's concidered to be the 2nd largest settlement in Vvardenfell. So I always imagined it as a city with all these narrow and dark streets instead of large open spaces as it is in morrowind. So here's kinda what I did so far, It's not yet finished I need to do some more work on the ground and stuff and I think it would be nice to actually place a character in it but well see. Anyways enough talk from me now;

I also painted that scene. It was my first painting (other than 5th grade watercolor), but I think it turned out good. I suppose mine could be better, but I should practice painting to get better in order to make it better.. (bad photograph; the paint is reflecting the flash.

Great picture, but is he supposed to look like he's stabbing himself? or is he sheathing the dagger?

Anyway, it is a really good picture. I wish I could paint ANYTHING on this thread.

I think he's just holding the dagger somewhat casually on his side, but sheathing works too.
