Edit 2: 10 minutes of pure awesome. The part with Vivec in it was also a nice way to get the current position on the map back into my head!

Also, the simple bland landscape of the Firemoth island sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the mainland. :D

That. ^2.

I really have to get started on a new character so i can finally adore that landscape in... err.. it's not real life issit? (Or just forget about roleplaying and hop on to the mainland using character.Random(); )

Seriously, every video amazes me more... brilliant stuff =D

Yes! Even during the *cough* non-winter seasons.

Awesome stuff. I love the look of that snowy Dwemer ruin. In fact, I love all snowy areas.

Those shots look very nice. But is Akamora in map 2? I've never seen that place before.

Akamora is in Map 2, but not in Antediluvian Secrets, which was our last release and merely a portion of Map 2. It will be in our Sacred East release.

I love these tr maps, so keep up the good work. I hate to ask this, but is it possible to get the land data for the rest of the maps, i would love to see the rest of morrowind (even if there are no statics) in the distance.

We haven't generated large empty landmasses, like we would do for TESIV. We currently do have quite a bit of the Heartlands (http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22200 ) developed, as well as Almalexia and our next scheduled release; Sacred East. As of now, we haven't any public versions of these areas.

But since I'm nice, two new screenshots of the western border of the Heartlands.

I will actually agree with this, even if the land isnt finished, it would be great to see what it covers. Ya know what would be cool, an online map of what is done so far, not just the one with the boxes, but a map that shows the actual terrain and what not. Even if the esp. file isnt released, it would be cool to see how things progress. Perhaps even icons with screenshots that could be clicked on to see things better.

We have something sort of like that, our accurate map. We don't update it nearly often enough though, mainly because the game has a penchant for crashing while generating the images (the ones from createmaps), and because renaming images and converting them en masse is a pain. Also, it doesn't really serve any productive purpose. This said, I enjoy it myself. Perhaps I will cobble together an update to the map sometime.

have a look at http://www.irfanview.com/. Best picture browser (good for cleaning up directories) and viewer, plus batch convert and rename (and move). Lowest footprint on your system. Freeware :icecream:

We're closing in on the dead of winter, and those of us in the U.S. are starting to recover from Thanksgiving dinner... so have a few more screenshots of Heartland to help the food settle :-)
