I'm at port telvannis.When I click world on my map it says
that there's no land.Is there anyway to fix this?

The http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1178011-repairing-the-cogs-of-morrowind-25/ includes a fix that makes the world map show the whole landmass added by Tamriel Rebuilt, if that's what you mean.
