I'm trying to use the pluginless replacer that's supposed to replace the hairs and faced of TR with Westly's. I have the master headpack by Westly installed for it and the files the replacer uses but when I look in the game in the chargen lots of the faces are older ones, with some vanilla. The Westly headpack ones aren't replacing them. Maybe it was made for the older version? I can try replacing the heads myself if they don't work.
