The Valenwood_Elseyr LOD Resources must be installed over Ilianas mod ( they include lod meshes and textures for complete Elsweyr and Valenwood)

The Stirk Lod meshes and textures must be installed after the tamriel heightmaps lod resources

I made a run over a large part of Vallenwood starting from Mortal Camp, crossing the river, and the road leading to Elsweyr. There was a bridge where I saw some sheeps and a wolf which crossed the bord of Elsweyr and entered the region of Valenwood. Also I made another long run starting from the bridge to the bazy near Anvil. I haven't remarked anything anormal, except some tree looked greyish and found some exotic plant (I don't remember the name) which when harvested do not appear in the inventory!
A great work in this region indeed knowing it's large, but I feel maybe need some refinement (more plants, flowers, ...), also it's difficult to travel from some parts to others due to mountains (maybe needs some dedicated communication roads).

roads and more details will come with version 3 ( made one road for southern Elsweyr though...leading from Corinthe to Senchal and Thorval)

first I have to update Black Marsh, High Rock and Summerset and of course finish the Morrowind/Skyrim map :-)

Hammerfell_HighRock heightmap and LOD Resources V.2.2 have been uploaded on Nexus

the LOD Resources include a LOD patch for UL River Brena and TR_Stirk ...both lod patches must be installed after the Hammerfell_HighRock lod resources

Note! TR_Stirk has to be loaded before the tamriel heightmaps ...at least before the hammerfell-HighRock.esp

changelog V.2.2 (beside 100000 small things not mentioned)

esp has been renamed to Hamerfell_HighRock.esp for compatibility reasons using boss ( there alredy exists a Hammerfell esp)

Skyrim LOD region has been replaced by a fully detailed region

pathgrids have been generated for nearly all of hammerfell and most of Skyrim

all landtears have been fixed (hopefully)

regions and transitions between regions have been improved manually


should be ok now for using as master for modding Hammerfell and the south and west of Skyrim...High Rock will be improved seperately later on

This might have been mentioned earlier, but I'm experiencing mountains and distant landscapes that are pixxelated and off color after installing this mod. Would appreciate some help, thanks!

Putting one of those rocks next to a cave opening would just be wrong. On many levels.

@ModMan: No, sorry - no centurion in WAC. There is, however, a centurion and spider centurion in the http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24822. I know for sure the spider is rigged, not sure about the other one.

@StarX: Those caves look awesome Star! Awesome work there, and of course I need that tileset in my library asap.

@Onra: Fantastic! I'll dl the new heightmap soon as the nexus comes back up. Great timing, too - I was getting really burned out on item placement in the castle LOL!

hey

you have the Valenwood_Anequina_Patch missing which is required for the Valenwood map (has to be loaded after ElsweyrAnequina.esp)

make sure to install install the lod resources properly and set your texture quality to high ....update your archieve invalidation using OBMM

wrong load order when creating the bmp...I guess ElsweyrAnequina.esp was loaded before Valenwood.esp ....probably the Valenwood_Anequina-Patch.esp is missing as well

I'm fiddling in the cs, and I'm trying to find a good coordinate for Falkreath.
I think -13, 46 is a pretty level and accurate location.

What do you guys think?

Anyway...

Can someone tell me if getting many "Error While Processing" warning in TES4LODGEN is something to be worried about? And if so, is there a way to fix it?

I only got them when I installed the heightmaps.

Omegacron will be making Falkreath already. Of course you are free to make your own version, but maybe picking another town would speed up the proces of filling the maps better. :)

the CS produces a lot of errors when generating the region presets... also gamesas has placed a lot kind of hardcoded lod trees which cause problems too but as far as I know everything is working fine ingame...

Okay, as long as this isn't really a problem, then I feel better. I just freak out whenever I see "error."

...that shows it was good idea (thx to StarX ) to open such a thread for all projects going on :-)....Dragonstar seems to be a very nice location too...very interesting as it it is a real border town
