It was Azura's Star for me. However I'll have to change my answer if soul names don't show up in soul gems (curse you Oblivion!)

Where's the Daedric Crescent Blade or the Fang of Haynekhtnamet option

EDIT: also Eleidon's Ward, and Fists of Randagulf (The Fists of Randagulf originate from Skyrim, so it'd make sense)

another edit: Dragonbone cuirass would also make some sense, and would be awesome.
