On one of my computers the taskbar shows while you play ESO. I have to put it in maximized mode to even hit play. No other programs do this when I go in the fullscreen mode. I have tried switching from Fullscreen to Windowed to Maximized and back but every time I hit fullscreen it shows the task bar. Any suggestions? This is a Windows 7 64bit laptop hooked up to an external monitor.
