tax and other thing's

good day to you all "WARNING" (This thread will most likely end up talking about multiple topics so sorry if i drivel on)

1)In OB we had a thieves guild quest i belive about stealing tax's back from the imperial legion as they aren't meant to tax the poor living on the water front. would anyone like to see this put more to a belivable use F.E i buy a house in one of the various citie's of skyrim and each week i am taxed say 15 gold kinda like council tax i guess it would just make it feel for me at least as if the council/goverment actually plays a rol/does something other then get mentioned in a conversation. don't know how they would collect the tax's certainly dont want some random bloke turning up in the wilderness while im hunting saying "i'm here to collect your tax's" lol.

2) im sorry radiant story gets mentioned in every other thread but hey hear me out. i would like to see a more beliveable regime with the occupants of skyrim I.E (random N.P.C) wakes up at 7a.m GT=game time. work starts at 8a.m so he/she gets up gets dressed picks up a cup fills it.( with whatever they drink that time of the morning in tes) sits down at the table and actually picks up an apple/piece of corn/ham whatever they eat for breakfast etc once finished eating he/she gets up put on a pair of shoes and heads of to work. now maybe on the way to work he/she grabs a balck horse courier?(if there still in) or any information guide for that matter maybe buys a potion of redbull (to keephe/she) alert during the working day as well as an apple some bread ham and maybe cheese for a nice samwhich for lunch.

any way my point being a would love to be able to follow around an N.P.C any npc at all and get immerssed by them actualy see the lil touchs addded like making breakfast lunch going to the shop work buying potions conversing realisticly etc

also i think it would be pretty cool if you encounter a adventurer in the wild and he attacks you and you manage to get away say you see him a couple dys later in a city it would be cool if he didnt automaticly attack you maybe he'd even wave to you lol

also would love to see a short reaction based on actions for example a npc goes to s shop and buys a poision instead of there sword arrows becoming magically poisioned how about the npc actually gets out his sword/arrows and depending on which one dips/pours the poison onto the item and same could be done for any if not all such occassions que's outside shops with the shop keeper actually handing over the apple/cheese/ham/bread etc the custumers just bought same with weapons armour etc.
