teabagging

Well maybe in a dark alley I will teabag...but if I hear any gunshots nearby definitely not.

Dodgy-sounding, but well-justified.

Also, I don't want to ever be associated with the ignorant Tea Bagger derp patrol, even in a way as arbitrary as this. Let's close the deficit and lower taxes HERPA DERPA DE DOO.
Also, I don't think there'll be a time when there's a dead guy all by himself in the middle of the map. I think doing it is a one way ticket to deadsville.

You know what would be awesome though? if you could "feign death" as an operative. You could lay down and get people to come to you, be they enemy medics trying to pick up their "team mate" whilst disguised, or enemies coming to tea-bag you when you're not disguised. Either way, enemy walks up to you, and if they shoot you, you can fake "die", then when they run past you, you get up and pop them in the back of the skull :D

a little too detailed, but man, that would be awesome :D

I'll teabag my friends on occasion if it adds to the hilarity of a situation - they'll do it on occasion as well. We'll also talk [censored] to one another in jest. Outside of that though, I'm generally polite to most people I encounter online, because I see no reason to start a conflict over nothing - life in college and in the workplace comes with more than enough drama for my taste.

However, if there's one [censored] in a lobby who's one goal in life is to try and piss off anyone he or she comes across, I'm not above a good group-teabagging. :P

As for teabagging people after 'owning' them, I already beat them. Why waste time spam clicking the left-stick/tapping the B button (Xbox user here :D) when I could go beat someone else?

i like the feign death idea, all the more time to shove a barrel or rifle butt up the tea bagger's ass and commence stomp patrol on their face. I believe the last time i did anything like a teabag was when i was playing GoW2, and i was the last one left and i beat a guy down used him as a shield then shot the last guy down and humped his back side with the shield before i shot him to death... it was well deserved after those two knuckle heads talking [censored] to me and my buddies for having low rank, i usually don't play that game but my buddies insisted and i commenced beat down.

So that Frag grenade liked other frag grenades of the same gender then? And you have a problem with that?

Seriously saying something is gay for any reason si offfensive, I just say its bull, kill them, teabag em and move on.

It's offensive to who, exactly? Gay people? Yeah right. I actually know someone who's gay in real life and he doesn't get offended when we say the word.

Besides, when I say something is gay, I mean it's stupid/[censored]. Just like if I call someone a [censored], I'm more calling them a super idiot or a jerk because of the way they play. It's called slang, and it is used over the internet. Deal with it.

This gives me a new idea for a skill for all classes!

The Teabag Bomb!

Once you get this skill anyone who kills / incaps you that crouches on top of you more than once without moving triggers a bomb that kills them and forces them to wait 1 minute to respawn because he was being an idiot!

I love the sound of this idea!

Sounds good to me. I myself will be getting an ability that actually has usefulness. I can use mine to get kills, you can have yours as insurance to stop yourself from getting teabagged.

People that get mad over teabagging really need to do some other things. He's crouching and un-crouching on top of you after you die. So what?

I don't know if you can do that but I know there is a perk that lets you boobie trap downed enemies.

While I don't necessarily disagree with you as far as how often people are offended by it, saying it's okay to call things gay because you know one gay man who doesn't get offended by it is moronic. That's like saying no one gets offended when I say the 'n' word because I know a black guy who doesn't get mad when I say it. There's a whole world of people outside the few you've met.

Besides, when I say something is gay, I mean it's stupid/[censored]. Just like if I call someone a [censored], I'm more calling them a super idiot or a jerk because of the way they play. It's called slang, and it is used over the internet. Deal with it.

If you mean stupid/[censored], why not just SAY stupid/[censored]?

You're talking about usefulness after just posting that you teabag people after 'owning' them? Do you not see the irony of this?

Why are so many people offended by teabagging? My friends and I teabag each other all the time, and we never get mad.

this ingame or out side of the game

tea bagging is only possible if its similar to Battlefield2 you die and look up and take a teabag on the chin while you wait to respawn. If it works that way I will be in for sure

Teabagging is just the inner-Halo coming out in all of us. I take a pill to keep it under control but every now and then the urge to repeatedly crouch over corpses and drive vans full of people off a cliff just.. overtakes me.

Exactly.

Also, @TreISGod

I don't know how I didn't remember this earlier, but I had an english teacher in high school who was openly gay. On the first day of class he told us he was offended when people called things gay - and him saying this was more of a warning than anything. Because sure enough, on the day after his telling us, an unfortunate classmate of mine called something gay. My teacher FLIPPED, and for the next few week he wasn't all too thrilled with that particular classmate. And by "wasn't all too thrilled" I mean the reason it only lasted a few weeks is because the classmate got themself transferred to a different class. After having this teacher for two years (he taught 11th his first year, then 12th his second), I now tend to say 'lame' in place of how you'd use 'gay,' primarily out of fear of accidentally saying it in class.

So uh... yea... some people are pretty offended by it.

I do it to strangers too. I mean not after every kill, but after amazing ones just to taunt them. Especially in Halo. However, whenever I do get teabagged, I just laugh my head off, and if I happen to kill them back, I teabag them.
I don't see what's so offensive about it? Oooooo, you crouched and stand on top of my corpse. I'm so angry! /sarcasm

I call for a lock of this topic.

I tried to be patient, but some of the people commenting are being absolutely insensitive. Just because it's a societal norm doesn't mean its right. I hope all of you will see that one day.

I refuse to call out your names, but saying that the world is full human insensitivity that you play along doesn't excuse anything. Grow up.

One last thing on Teabagging though. Some people actually have been sixually assaulted before. Is it funny now?

Also, thanks for taking a stand, other people. Glad to see people on the internet understand what's right is important.

Meanwhile, in Japan....

Seriously, I don't care what anyone's sixual preference is (Because honestly, what you do in the bedroom is your business...) but if teabagging offends you, maybe its time to get off the internet.

Actually, my comment against such [censored]s online is "get off the internet and don't come back until you're a better person". I don't think people realize that the internet has other people on it and that life isn't all about yourself.

Many people I meet need to grow up. Read an article on it. http://kotaku.com/#!5770361/how-to-stop-the-anger-about-video-games-from-outside-and-within. This is beyond me feeling uncomfortable; this is how we perceive things like gay people or if [censored] is acceptable. AND HELL YES ITS VERY VERY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR TO CALL PEOPLE HOMOPHOBIC SLURS AND I SHOULD NOT JUST DEAL WITH IT. Why not feel the same about [censored]?

Here's the thing... the internet, which is a collection of every race, culture and ideology, cannot and will not conform to one man or group's way of thinking just because they are offended by another individual's (or group's) way of thinking. The reason is because that every living being is entitled to their own opinion. Sure, it svcks but that's life. The sooner you get used to the fact that we are all different and don't have to respect each others' life choices the better off you'll be. If you are proud of your individuality then who the [censored] cares what other people think?

Your point is true, but we aren't talking about skewed opinions with no consequence. We are talking about facts about how to b a good person; vilifying a population or praising wrong doing are clearly wrong even though the damage is done unconsciously.

History proves that this isn't the best it's going to get for equality and culture. It's may be impossible to stand up against such things, because of how embedded these thing are in our society, but we need to do it if things are going to change. We can't just ignore wrongdoing that is literally all about hate. Believe what you want for teabagging as an allusion for sixual assault, fight or don't fight, don't do, but the homophobic slur argument is absolutely a problem. Also, not saying anything can be just as bad as not confirming either, let a kid swear in front of his parents without consequence; he'll continue to do it.

I don't like arguing against you, I'm already disobeying the forum rules about topic change, I'm alienating people, and I feel that it's all about the last word. I have an obligation to stand up for whats right rather than stay quiet. I don't blame you for fighting back. It's a human response. I think you would be a stronger man if you didn't say anything and hopefully admin will finally lock this god forsaken topic. You are definitely a person of good moral fibers, as with many of offenders; its all misbehavior of unconscious influence.

lol. This is hilarious. Internet = Serious Business guys.

EDIT: Got a little too heated. Long story short...

Gaming/Life in general is much less stressful when you don't care what random people on the internet think about you. Freedom of speech is something that should never be hindered. People need to grow some fortitude and stop getting offended every time someone calls them a name.
