Teams of Hunters

Post » Mon May 02, 2011 10:32 pm

This might possibly be in the game (It'd be AWESOME if it is) But maybe there'd be groups of Dragon Hunters that just roam around set up camp and hunt dragons? Maybe it could be a guild or you could join them. If not then I shall create a mod that is technically like that...Long amount of time that I'd spend into that xD :obliviongate: :tes: :)

I would like it if I found their bodies burned to a crisp or have them fail like those group of adventurers that went after the gatekeeper

That's also good haha. Finding teams in action, at camp, burned to a crisp, etc. I also just looked it up and found a previous thread about this, but it's a cool topic :)

Unfortunately, you are the lone Dragonborn apparently, and i doubt a random wood Elf will think "Golly gee willikers, I'm going to kick that dragon's ass".

I'd disagree...but you did say Wood Elf. ;)

Yea that would be good. You could always just get 5 companions then go dragon hunting with them.

If dragon hunters already exist what is the point of you?

I think it'd be great to see other people hunting dragons, with varying degrees of success. Would be great not to be the only dragon hunter in the world (like in Morrowind where there were other people going around fulfilling the Nerevarine prophecies). Your character should be good at hunting dragons, but you're not the only one who can use dragon shouts, and I highly doubt that you're the only one who can kill dragons.

I want to discover a bandit camp and it looks like it has been abandoned in a hurry, then walk away from it and find a load of charred bodies, maybe a dragon scale which has been dislodged.

The shouts the greybeards use, and the shouts dragonborn use are different. The dragonborn shouts in the dragon language. Greybeards do not. And there is no point of me being the last Dragonborn if everyone else can slay dragons.
