I have been looking everywhere for someone else who might of had these issues but can't seem to find anything.

While I play Brink I also run TeamSpeak 3. The problem is during random times of playing Brink my TS3 volume will just cut to almost nothing forcing me to restart TS3.
I have a friend who has the same problem, the only similarities between our PC's is we both use a GTX570, Win7.

Has any one else had this problem, or any idea what I can do to fix the issue.

I don't think this is a Teamspeak issue. I've had this happen with vent. I also believe that this is related to the sound cutting out in shipyard.

Usually when I start Brink it causes the Windows mixer to lower the volume on everything else when I get into a match. On the bottom right of your task bar you should see a speaker icon. Click on the speaker and go to the mixer and turn the volume back up. These instructions are based on windows7, but a simple google search should return how to adjust the mixer on other operating systems.

I just played for a bit after turning all the VOIP setting back ON in the options I stopped having issues with TS3. (I'll post again if it changes)

Open TS3, Go to "settings" at the top then go to "Plugins", On the left there's "volume Control" ... Tick this box then at the bottom of TS3 click "settings" ... A box should pop up with a slider bar option in there, Try increasing this bar.

I never had this issue but i know of a few people that have and this supposedly fixed that issue.
