Technical errors in Fallout 1 of the Fallout Collection

Post » Tue Dec 29, 2009 8:15 am

Often, while playing Fallout 1 in the collection, the entire screen will black up, and the blackness goes away whenever I mouse over it. This also seems to happen whenever I just double click during gameplay. What's this due to?

Ithink it's something to do with graphic drivers or some such, It doesn't really effect much, I beleieve you can quickly get rid of it by going into the pipboy or scrolling over can't you?

It happens sometimes, for FO2 aswell. I don't really know what causes it, but if it's persistant there are ways to eliminate it.

That's a bit too tedious, though.

Well, if it's not too persistant you could just "C" or "P" or "F1" or anything that hotkey's another menu.

But if it's persistant you could try this http://translate.google.ru/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.labo-asso.com%2Fphp%2Foutils%2Ffallout.php&sl=fr&tl=en&hl=en&ie=UTF-8.

Or you could follow some steps http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5061 and http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39638.

My experience of the problem is limited, I've hardly experience it at all myself.

I get that as well, only if I alt+tab out or let the game set for a while, it could be a refreshing problem, but its nothing serious.
I learned to look over it.
