"Teleportation Magic doesn't work here"

I'm using Melian's Teleport mod and For a long time everything went fine until I suddenly start getting these messages, all the time, even though I CAN Teleport.
Does anyone know how to solve them, it's quiet annoying, and I'm a bit afraid that the same will happen in Cells that I actually shouldn't be able to teleport in.

A side note problem is that Divayth Fyr seems to have dissapeared since I ended the Main Quest (or at one point before that ofcourse) But I never attacked him or anything and when I use the console command "RA" he won't return..
Where is he gone? is this supposed to be? Although on the UESP nothing is stated about that.

This happened to me and i read the readme and btb game improvement(settings) was affecting my game settings thus causing the message to keep popping up.i removed the settings plugin and now it works fine.

if your not using btb game improvement(settings) then you have a mod loaded after Melian's Teleport that has GMST's that may need to be cleaned.

as for the other not sure you may want to post your load list is would help.

I have the same problem, and I also use BTB, but removing a mod that makes sweeping changes (for the better, IMO) because of one little message popping up seems gratuitous. Apart from the message, there doesn't seem to be any affect on the game.

I don't have BTB settings active at the moment, cuz I had other problems with it, I do have others active though of BTB... thing is... the teleport plug-in is the last in my load order...
To get the mod there I opened it in the CS and saved it again... problem is.. according to the read-me this seems to probably be the problem but I can't follow the explanation that follows (something to do with the enchanted editor which I installed for this problem, but I can't seem to solve it)

This can also happen if you use the console to change areas/get out of Darknut's Greater Dwemer Ruins mod areas (several areas in the dungeons ban teleportation).

Not sure how to fix the problem though.

The simple work around would be to have BTB Settings load before Melian's Teleport mod not sure how BTBs changes will effect Melian's Teleport but the message will go away

if your not using btb game improvement(settings) then you have a mod loaded after Melian's Teleport that has GMST's that may need to be cleaned.

as for the other not sure you may want to post your load list is would help.

are you using Mlox? it can point out known dirty mods. other wise you can save inside some where and remove mods on by one until the message disappears to determine which one it is.

Hope anyone noticies anything... (The last two plug-ins are my own... 97 changes the interior and exterior of Rethan Manor a bit.. and 96 gives both fists an Inteliggence boost, that's all I did with them.)

GMSTs

The GMST sTeleportDisabled is INTENTIONALLY altered by this mod. Don't try to clean it out, and make sure any mods that load after this one are GMST-clean, or else you'll get messages telling you that teleporting is disabled every time you use it.

Modifying, merging or otherwise resaving this mod

If this mod is modified, merged or just resaved in a high-level editor (such as the Construction Set, or MWEdit), the teleport-disabled message will reappear. To fix this, you need to make sure the string value is present and set to something (can be anything, just a single character is fine, this is just to stop the subrecord disappearing altogether). Once you're finished editing, load up the mod in Enchanted Editor and remove the GMST string: find the bit that says "Teleportation magic does not work here" or whatever you set it to, then click the button labelled "edit using multi-line editor" and delete all the text. If the multi-line editor doesn't work (sometimes it doesn't), you'll have to use the "anolyse/Edit Raw Subrecord Data" button and set all values to 0. Resave from EE and it should be ready to use.
Probably more simply, I suggest you copy back the mel_teleportPlugin_1_3.esp from the original mod package and simply redate it using Mash (right click\File\Redate...)

Try cleaning your save game of the cell that Divayth Fyr is in. That might fix it.
